5% Listing Commission
5% commission fees are offered to clients that are selling a home for greater than $300,000 located in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Seller must be the owner-occupant of the home being sold. Listing fees for investors, sellers of homes not owner-occupied or outside the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan Area are determined on a case-by-case basis.
- On homes listed for $150,000 to $299,999, 5.5% commission fees are offered.
- On homes listed for $100,000 to $149,999, 6.0% commission fees are offered.
- On homes listed under $99,999, 7.0% commission fees offered.
These listing commission fees are still much lower than others for FULL SERVICE!
